Compare them to the toothbrush head that came with your toothbrush. They're not quite the same. The "Pro Results" print doesn't look authentic, for example. Overall, they feel different, don't fit as well, not the same quality. I'll be returning them if I can.
Update: after requesting a refund through Amazon, the China-based seller promptly responded and offered a full refund. They said that these products are ordered directly from "the manufacturer" and that I was the first person to claim they were a "knock-off". You be the judge, but I will say that they were very prompt in responding to my request for a refund and credited it that day. So, responsive customer service adds a star to my review.
Update: I purchased the same set from Bed, Bath, & Beyond and compared the two side-by-side. The bristles are different (BB&B purchase had a softer feel and was cut differently). The BB&B product (which I am assuming to be the legit Sonicare product) feels much better on my teeth and gums. And, with the ubiquitous BB&B 20% off coupon and Sonicare's mail-in-rebate, they ended up being less expensive than the ones I bought on Amazon. Again, I give credit to the China-based company for responding quickly to my concerns and allowing me a full refund no questions asked.

These 'ProResults' toothbrushes are likely fakes. Almost immediately the metal ring at the bottom where it mounts onto the handle started rusting, and from the start the heads never fit snugly onto the handle as they should. I called Philips Customer Service and they confirmed that the legitimate Philips brush heads should not suffer from these issues. God only knows what other shortcuts they took in manufacturing these.
Stick to the real thing.

I ordered these new brush heads with the understanding that they are original Sonicare brushes. They are not. They are cheap knock-offs. My wife and I have been using the Sonicare system for over ten years. We both replaced our brushes with these and they broke almost immediately.
The brush "sleeve" slid off the brush "shaft" and was rusty underneath. As I mentioned, a long time user and I have never had that happen. These were not significantly less expensive so I expected authentic brushes.
Buyer beware.
