This formula is amazing! Our son loves it. We hated the idea of giving him powder and then Gerber came out with this Tetra Pack ready to feed formula, which we find much better than other kind of packaging for this type of product (instead of cans or plastic bottles). No constipation at all or fussiness so far. The problem is that this product is hard to find in any supermarket or pharmacy, or if you find it, there is only a small quantity of it. This is something we do not understand, since from our experience, we find that Gerber quality is much better than Enfamil or Similac.

Pros:
The cardboard packaging travels & packs well in transit.
No plastic.
Cons:
The foil pull tab which opens the carton can be a challenge and pain to open--Especially when you have a hungry & crying baby waiting.
The foil tab can break or tear in pieces as you attempt to open
No way to close or reseal the carton once it's open.
They should've tested this closure under some real situations:
i.e
a crying baby on your hip, using 1 hand
In a dim lit room, with a hungry, crying, baby waiting
Pulling on that 1/4 inch piece of foil, tired, in dim light, with a hungry, crying, baby waiting.
Someone at Gerber consider revisiting the ease and access of opening the carton.
It's that serious...just saying.

This is a very convenient and easy alternative to powder formula. I like that you don't have to add water, because I'm not sure I fully trust the water in my house that I was using with powder. This also doesn't have the gross smell of powder formula. Two things I don't like: first, each container has 8+ ounces of formula which is too much, even for my 11 month old who only takes 6oz at a time. So I end up putting 2oz in the refrigerator and then using two containers the next time. Not a huge deal, but a little annoying. The other thing I don't care for is how you open each container. When you lift the seal, there is a plastic covering you rip off, and if you're not careful, some of the plastic can fall into the formula. Once you get the hang of opening them, it's not really an issue.
